Susan Nelson Re-Appointed to OSBA Grievance Committee

Susan Nelson has been re-appointed by the Ohio State Bar Association President to the Grievance Committee of the Ohio State Bar Association. The Committee is authorized by the Supreme Court of Ohio to investigate grievances against Ohio judges, magistrates, and lawyers. The Supreme Court of Ohio regulates the conduct of lawyers, judges, and magistrates through the Rules of Professional Conduct and the Code of Judicial Conduct.

Ms. Nelson has practiced at Spengler Nathanson since 1982 representing employers in federal and state compliance matters as well as general litigation matters.
