In light of the recent passing of our dear friend and long-time Partner, Hon. David A. Katz, U.S. District Judge, Northern District of Ohio, we would like to share a Judicial Profile of Judge Katz published in The Federal Lawyer, Vol. 59, No. 8 (Sept. 2012).
