About Thomas

Thomas J. Kelley primarily represents financial institutions. His areas of practice

include banking, bankruptcy, condominium law, creditor's rights, civil litigation,

foreclosures, loan restructuring, mechanic's liens, and real estate. He graduated from

the University of Toledo in 1979 and received his law degree from Cornell University in

1982. He is a member of the Ohio State and Toledo Bar Associations.
